Welcome to Party Out The Box LLC, your one-stop-shop for inflatable rentals and party supplies! We offer a wide range of party equipment rentals for any celebration or event. Our rentals include inflatable bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and carnival games. We also provide tables, chairs, tents, popcorn, snow cone, and cotton candy makers. In addition, we offer giant board games like 4 in a row and tic tac toe. If you need more, we've got you covered with our party essentials for sale.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, cash, and PayPal.
  • What types of inflatables do you offer for rent?
    We offer a wide range of wet and dry use inflatables, including inflatables that have an option to be used wet or dry.
  • How far in advance should I book an inflatable?
    All bookings should be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the requested date of service. For booking requests less than 2 weeks prior to delivery please contact us directly.
  • What are your rental rates?
    Our rental rates vary based on the type, size & features of the inflatable. Our rates can be found under our Inventory & Products sections of our site.
  • Do you deliver and set up the inflatables? Is there an extra charge for this service.
    Setup and Takedown is included in the price of the rental. Delivery is not included and is based on the distance of your location from our location. We are located in Powdersville, SC. We do not offer Pickup since we setup on site. Delivery fees start at $37.
  • What is included in the rental price?
    Our rental price includes the cost of a 1-Day rental for the inflatable, as well as Setup/Takedown of the inflatable. >>Delivery is not included in the rental price.
  • What are your policies for cancellation or rescheduling?
    **Cancellation Policy**: All Bookings are FINAL once payment has been received. Bookings may be rescheduled once up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery of the equipment. Please note that your next booking must be made within 1 month of the original booking date. . **Rescheduling Policy**: Bookings may be rescheduled once, free of charge, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours prior to the initial scheduled delivery. The rescheduled date must be within 1 month of the original scheduled delivery date and is subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a fee of $75.00.
  • What is your weather policy?
    Wind: Inflatables can operate safely in wind conditions less than 15 mph. >>If wind conditions start to exceed 15 mph during the rental period, we ask that inflatables be turned off until wind conditions have returned to safe operating speeds. If wind conditions exceed 15 mph or in the event of any severe weather POTB reserves the right to cancel delivery for the safety of renter/guests. In the event of a weather related cancellation, POTB will offer the option to reschedule, or a full refund. Rain: It is the responsibility of the renter to be aware of the projected weather conditions on the date of their booking. However, POTB understands that weather conditions can be unpredictable and will allow renters to reschedule their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking due to weather related conditions. Note: Rescheduling requests made the day of the booking are subject to the discretion of POTB and a short notice fee will be apply. The new booking must be within 30 days of the original booking. No refunds will be offered for cancellation requests due to weather on the day of the scheduled delivery
  • Are there any age or weight restrictions for the inflatables?
    Our inflatables are suitable for riders of all ages. However, any restrictions can be found on the inflatable & will be expressed to the renter.
  • What Safety Measures do you take with your inflatables?
    The safety of our renters and their guests is our #1 priority. Our staff has been extensively trained in proper/safe installation of our inflatables. We also provide safe riding instructions to the renter. These safety instructions can also be located on the inflatable for renter/guests reference. We utilize ground stakes, ratchet straps and sand bags to secure the inflatable in it's location. We also place safety cones to mark ground stakes & ensure renters/guests maintain a safe distance and are not injured while the equipment is in use. Once setup is complete, we ask that none of the equipment be moved or manipulated in any way (including but not limited to: inflatables, stakes, safety straps, safety cones, sand bags).   • What happens if the inflatable is damaged during my event?
    POTB will inspect all equipment for damages prior to/after the use of the inflatable. Once setup is complete, we will fully inflate and inspect the equipment with the renter on site to ensure all parties are assured that there is no damage prior to use. In the event that the equipment is damaged while in possession of the renter, the rental is fully financially responsible for any fees. The damage will be inspected to identify the extent of the damage. If the damaged is repairable, the renter is required to pay a damage fee of $500. If the damage is beyond repair, the equipment will need to be replaced and the renter will be charged the Full Price of the equipment.
  • What kind of space is required for inflatables?
    Adequate space is required for the inflatable to be setup for safe/proper usage. Renter will need to have at least a 10ft x 10ft space for safe/proper use of the inflatable. The setup location will need to be near an adequate power source and water source, where applicable. ***It is the responsibility of the Renter to ensure that their location meets all of the above requirements. If on the date of delivery POTB staff determines that the location is not sufficient for proper and safe usage, we will not setup the equipment and all payments will be forfeited.
  • Do I need to provide anything (like electrical power or water for water slides)?
    Yes, the renter is required to provide an adequate power source, as well as an adequate water source/hose for any water inflatables. **The Power source should be located within 50 ft of the location of the inflatable. If the power source is more than 50 ft from the location of the inflatable, we will provide an extension cord. **Wet Inflatables can not be used with a water source. It is the renters responsibility to ensure that the hose is sufficient in length to reach the water inflatable. **Wet/Dry Inflatables require setup modifications based on the intended use of the inflatable. The renter must express their intention to use the slide wet or dry. Once the inflatable is setup, no further modifications can be made and the inflatable must be used in the manner expressed by the renter prior to setup. Failure to adhere to these instructions can result in serious injury/death.
  • How long can I rent an inflatable?
    The rental period for an inflatable is 1-Day.
  • Can the inflatables be used indoors?
    Inflatables can be used indoors by utilizing sand bags to secure the inflatable. Sand bags are available for $3/bag. Sand is provided at no additional charge.
  • What kind of supervision is required when the inflatable is in use?
    Proper supervision is required at all times when the inflatables are in used. Children must be properly supervised by an adult at all times while the renter is in possession of the inflatable. The renter agrees to ensure proper supervision of all of their guests while in possession of the inflatable.
  • What is your policy if there is bad weather on the day of my event?

  • Are there any special instructions for use?
    All safety and operating instructions will be explained to the renter on the date of delivery. Any special instructions will be explained with the renter. All safety/operating instructions can be found on the inflatable at all times.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
